Ingredients
- 🍌 Ripe Bananas: 3 medium, mashed
- 🥜 Natural Peanut Butter: 1/2 cup
- 🌾 Rolled Oats: 1 cup
- 💪 Protein Powder: 1/2 cup (vanilla or unflavored)
- 🥚 Eggs: 2 large
- 🧁 Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🍯 Honey: 1/4 cup
- 🌿 Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the muffin tin by lining it with paper liners.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients: mashed bananas, natural peanut butter, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Fill the muffin tin with the batter, about two-thirds full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes.
- Cool the muffins in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
