Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
  4. Coat chicken pieces in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry nuggets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, double coat the nuggets.
  • You can bake instead of fry at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
