Ingredients

  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, to prevent browning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the fruit until smooth. Add honey or lemon juice if desired.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on the parchment paper, about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 4-6 hours until dry but still pliable.
  5. Cut into strips and roll up. Store in an airtight container.
