Easy homemade granola bars packed with oats, nuts, and honey for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix oats, almonds, cranberries, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
  3. Warm honey and peanut butter in a saucepan until smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
