Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix oats, almonds, cranberries, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Warm honey and peanut butter in a saucepan until smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into the baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Substitute any nuts or dried fruits based on preference.
- For chewier bars, reduce baking time by 5 minutes.
