- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey garlic sauce generously over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
