- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the steak and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use high heat to sear the steak bites quickly and keep them tender.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Serve over rice or with roasted vegetables.
