Ingredients

- 4 pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, and minced garlic. Stir well and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return pork chops to the pan, coating them with the sauce. Cook for another minute.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with milk and butter until smooth.
- Serve pork chops with mashed potatoes and drizzle extra sauce on top.
Notes
- Use bone-in pork chops for extra flavor.
- Adjust honey and mustard quantities to taste.
- For creamier mashed potatoes, add more milk or butter.
