Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
- Dip chicken tenders in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.
- Place tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Heat honey, hot sauce, and butter in a saucepan until melted.
- Toss baked tenders in hot honey glaze.
- Serve immediately.
