Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
- Brown chicken thighs for 3 minutes per side.
- Add chicken broth and secure the lid.
- Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release.
- Serve hot.
