Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken quarters
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken quarters with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Heat the olive oil.
  3. Add the chicken quarters and sear for 3 minutes per side.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth.
  5. Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  6. Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  7. Serve hot.

  • For crispier skin, broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes after pressure cooking.
