Quick and healthy chicken made in made in an Instant Pot.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
  2. Add chicken breasts and sear for 2 minutes per side.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and sprinkle seasonings over the chicken.
  4. Close the lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes.
  6. Shred or slice the chicken and serve.
