Quick and healthy chicken made in made in an Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
- Add chicken breasts and sear for 2 minutes per side.
- Pour in chicken broth and sprinkle seasonings over the chicken.
- Close the lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes.
- Shred or slice the chicken and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs for extra flavor.
- Adjust cooking time for thicker chicken breasts.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
