  • 🌢️ Bell peppers (red and green, diced) – 1 cup (150 g)
  • 🌿 Green onions (sliced) – 1/4 cup (about 4-5 stalks)
  • πŸ‹ Lime (juiced) – 1 lime
  • πŸ§‚ Salt – to taste
  • πŸ›’οΈ Olive oil – 2 tablespoons (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with jerk seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until clear, then combine with coconut milk and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook the marinated steak in a skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, then let it rest.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque, adding lime juice and salt.
  5. Fluff the rice, stir in bell peppers, pineapple, and green onions, then serve with sliced steak and shrimp on top.
