Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add sliced zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the zucchini and stir.
- Slice the chicken and serve over the zucchini.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
