Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and brown meatballs on all sides.
  5. Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
