- 500g ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown meatballs on all sides.
- Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.

- For extra flavor, add chopped fresh herbs like parsley or basil.
- You can freeze uncooked meatballs for later use.
