Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Toss in bell pepper and carrot, cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  6. Pour sauce into the pan and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
