- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Toss in bell pepper and carrot, cook for 3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Pour sauce into the pan and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
