Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
- Stir until smooth, then add Kahlua and coffee granules.
- Chill the mixture for 2 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and roll into small balls, then coat with cocoa powder.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
