Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, and red onion.
- Add lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on bread, crackers, or lettuce wraps.

- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust mayonnaise quantity for preferred creaminess.
