- 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 cup cooked sticky rice
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang in a bowl.
- Add beef slices to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve beef over sticky rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- For best results, marinate beef overnight.
- Adjust gochujang for desired spiciness.
- Serve with kimchi for extra flavor.
