Description

Ingredients

  • 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 cup cooked sticky rice
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang in a bowl.
  2. Add beef slices to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve beef over sticky rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

  • For best results, marinate beef overnight.
