Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, coating evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
