Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, coating evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang for preferred spice level.
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Serve with steamed rice or lettuce wraps.
