Description

Delicious lamb kofta wraps served with tangy pickled onions and creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 500g ground lamb
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flatbreads or wraps
  • 1 cup pickled onions
  • 1/2 cup garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small sausage-shaped koftas.
  3. Grill or pan-fry the koftas for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Warm the flatbreads slightly.
  5. Spread garlic sauce on each flatbread.
  6. Place 2-3 koftas on each wrap.
  7. Top with pickled onions and fresh parsley.
  8. Roll up the wraps and serve.

Notes

  • Let the lamb mixture rest for 30 minutes for better flavor.
  • Adjust spices to your preference.
  • Serve with extra garlic sauce on the side.
