Delicious lamb kofta wraps served with tangy pickled onions and creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 500g ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flatbreads or wraps
- 1 cup pickled onions
- 1/2 cup garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Mix ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small sausage-shaped koftas.
- Grill or pan-fry the koftas for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Warm the flatbreads slightly.
- Spread garlic sauce on each flatbread.
- Place 2-3 koftas on each wrap.
- Top with pickled onions and fresh parsley.
- Roll up the wraps and serve.
Notes
- Let the lamb mixture rest for 30 minutes for better flavor.
- Adjust spices to your preference.
- Serve with extra garlic sauce on the side.
