- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add honey, eggs, vanilla, and lavender.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven, spread sour cream on top, and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

- Adjust honey to taste if you prefer it less sweet.
