Description
A refreshing summer drink combining the floral notes of lavender with the tartness of lemon.
Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup dried lavender buds
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add sugar and lavender buds, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes.
- Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher.
- Add remaining 2 cups water and lemon juice.
- Stir well and refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
Notes
- For stronger lavender flavor, steep longer (up to 1 hour).
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Use fresh lavender if available.
