- 1 cup white chocolate, melted

Instructions
- Mix cake crumbs, cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a tray.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Dip each ball in melted white chocolate.
- Let the chocolate set before serving.
