- 4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat upward but keep it attached at the base.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use fresh lobster tails for best results.
- Adjust baking time based on lobster tail size.
- Serve with extra lemon wedges if desired.
