  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the meat upward but keep it attached at the base.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
