Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, butter, egg, lemon zest, lemon juice, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges turn golden.
- Let cookies cool for 5 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled cookies.
