Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken thighs evenly with the marinade.
  3. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for better flavor).
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
