- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken thighs evenly with the marinade.
- Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for better flavor).
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For crispier skin, pat chicken dry before marinating.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model and chicken size.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges for extra tang.
