Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

- Tzatziki sauce

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and herbs in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush the grates with olive oil.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Warm the pita bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Assemble the pitas by adding lettuce, tomatoes, sliced chicken, and tzatziki sauce.
- Serve on a platter garnished with extra herbs and lemon wedges.
