- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the steak evenly with the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to your preference.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
