Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken breasts – 2 (about 500g)
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 3 tablespoons
  • 🌿 Dried oregano – 2 teaspoons
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🛢️ Olive oil – 4 tablespoons (divided)
  • 🌾 Whole wheat wraps – 4
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley – 1 cup, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, diced
  • 🥒 Cucumber – 1 medium, diced
  • 🌾 Bulgur – 1/2 cup
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🧂 Pepper – to taste
  • 💧 Water – 1 cup (for bulgur)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing lemon juice, oregano, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken in a grill pan over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Prepare the tabbouleh by mixing soaked bulgur, parsley, tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
