Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, sausage, rice, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the chicken and rice mixture. Stir well.
  5. Transfer to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
