Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup cooked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, sausage, rice, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the wet mixture into the chicken and rice mixture. Stir well.
- Transfer to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Substitute turkey sausage for a leaner option.
- Add steamed vegetables like broccoli for extra nutrition.
