Ingredients
- 🦞 Lobster tails – 4 (about 1.5 lbs total)
- 🧈 Unsalted butter – 1/2 cup (1 stick)

- 🍋 Fresh lemon juice – 1/4 cup (about 2 lemons)
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped
- 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin.
- Gently pull apart the shell to expose the lobster meat.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush with the lemon butter sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, basting halfway through with more sauce.
- Once cooked, drizzle any remaining lemon butter sauce over the tails and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
