Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use freshly grated parmesan for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
