Instructions
- Rinse olives under cold water and drain well.
- In a bowl, combine olives with olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, lemon zest, and black pepper.
- Mix well to coat all olives.
- Add rosemary sprigs and stir gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
