Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, old-fashioned oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are still soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
