Description

Marry Me Cookies are a delightful blend of creamy white chocolate and rich semisweet chocolate, combined with old-fashioned oats for a chewy texture and a hint of cinnamon for warmth.

Ingredients

  • Unsalted butter: 1 cup (2 sticks), melted
  • Light brown sugar: 1 ¼ cups
  • Granulated sugar: ½ cup
  • Large eggs: 2
  • Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
  • All-purpose flour: 2 ¼ cups
  • Old-fashioned oats: 1 cup
  • Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: ¼ teaspoon
  • White chocolate chips: 1 cup
  • Semisweet chocolate chips: 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, old-fashioned oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are still soft.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
