Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by combining olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
