Ingredients

  • 🥛 Heavy cream – 150 ml

  • 🍫 Cocoa powder – for dusting (about 50 grams)
  • 🌿 Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ganache by placing chopped milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it simmers, then pour it over the chocolate.
  3. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
  4. Cover the ganache with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
