Ingredients
- 🍫 Milk chocolate – 300 grams, chopped into small pieces
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 150 ml
- 🧈 Unsalted butter – 30 grams, cut into small pieces
- 🍫 Cocoa powder – for dusting (about 50 grams)
- 🌿 Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Prepare the ganache by placing chopped milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
- Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it simmers, then pour it over the chocolate.
- Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
- Cover the ganache with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Once firm, scoop the ganache into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roll each truffle in cocoa powder to coat and place back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
