- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 20 small mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 20 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
- Drain the mozzarella balls if packed in water.
- Thread one tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto a small skewer.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Arrange skewers on a serving plate.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh basil for the best flavor.
- Chill the skewers for 30 minutes before serving if desired.
- Replace balsamic glaze with a reduction for a stronger flavor.
