  • 🥃 Cognac: 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Take the beef tenderloin steaks out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté chopped shallots and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add cognac to deglaze the skillet, then stir in Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
