- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
- Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, then rub the spice mix evenly on both sides.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice and honey, then drizzle over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
