Ingredients

- 100ml heavy cream
- 50ml red wine
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 50g cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Heat cream, wine, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a saucepan until steaming.
- Pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Chill mixture for 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop and roll into balls, then dust with cocoa powder.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
