  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust

Instructions

  1. Set the Ninja Foodi to sauté mode and melt the butter.
  2. Add onions and celery, sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, whisk until smooth.
  5. Add chicken, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
  6. Press cancel to turn off sauté mode.
  7. Place the pie crust over the filling, tucking in the edges.
  8. Close the lid and set to air crisp at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
