A quick and easy chicken pot pie recipe made in the Ninja Foodi, combining tender chicken, vegetables, and a creamy sauce under a flaky crust.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
Instructions
- Set the Ninja Foodi to sauté mode and melt the butter.
- Add onions and celery, sauté for 3 minutes.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, whisk until smooth.
- Add chicken, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Press cancel to turn off sauté mode.
- Place the pie crust over the filling, tucking in the edges.
- Close the lid and set to air crisp at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
- Thaw frozen vegetables before cooking for even heating.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of thyme or rosemary.
