Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Marinate chicken in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Pour remaining marinade into the pan and simmer until thickened.
  6. Slice chicken and serve with sauce.
