Ingredients

  • 100g melted butter
  • 500g cream cheese (softened)
  • 200g Nutella
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs

  • 200ml heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, Nutella, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream.
  7. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  8. Let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
