Ingredients

- Roma Tomatoes: 2, sliced
- Pepperoncinis: 1/4 cup
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 1/2 cup
- Zesty Italian Dressing Mix: 1 packet
- White Vinegar: 1/4 cup
- Water: 1/4 cup
- Grated Romano Cheese: 1/4 cup
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Mayo: 1/4 cup
- Dijon Mustard: 1 tablespoon
- Italian Seasoning: 1 teaspoon
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
- Garlic Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Croutons: 1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese: 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Wash the chopped lettuce thoroughly and place it in a large salad bowl.
- Add the shredded red cabbage and julienne carrots to the bowl.
- Thinly slice the red onion and toss it into the bowl with the other vegetables.
- Layer the black olives over the salad mixture.
- Slice the roma tomatoes and arrange them on top of the salad.
- Sprinkle the pepperoncinis across the salad.
- In a separate bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil, Zesty Italian dressing mix, and white vinegar.
- Add water to thin the mixture and whisk in the grated Romano cheese, sugar, mayo, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and gently toss with salad tongs.
- Sprinkle croutons and grated Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
- Serve in a large bowl or individual serving bowls.
