Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by cutting the steak, slicing the bell peppers, dicing the onion, and mincing the garlic.
  2. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, sautΓ© the onion and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes, then add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Return the seared steak to the pot and add pasta, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. After cooking, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Let sit for a few minutes before serving, optionally garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
