Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 12 crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Crush 24 Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Stir in sour cream and crushed Oreos.
  6. Pour mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes until set.
  8. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother texture.
