Instructions
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.

- Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Add butter and baste steaks for extra flavor.
- Rest steaks for 5 minutes before serving.
