Ingredients

- 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine bread, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Let sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Add fresh basil before serving.
