Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  8. For the dip, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  9. Serve chicken tenders hot with the garlic dip.
