- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Combine pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread over cheesecake.
- Bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Let cheesecake cool gradually to prevent cracking.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- For best results, use room-temperature cream cheese.
